Sage is now four weeks old! Where has the time gone!?!? I had him weighed last week and he totaled 9 pounds!!! He's probably closer to 10 now. I have already retired a couple of his newborn outfits because he's grown out of them. :(

Sage and I are starting to get into a routine. He is usually asleep by midnight. And if he is having a good night, he will sleep deeply for 4-5 hours. I'm usually up at 4 or 5am feeding him. And if I'm lucky, I can get him to lay back down for another hour or so. He then wakes up around 7am demanding a second feeding. And after that feeding, he and I will snuggle in bed. These are really special moments. I tend to fall in and out of sleep.... with Sage doing the same. And eventually, I'll get myself out of bed to start the day. I never knew how much time changing diapers, washing faces, washing umbilical cords, picking boogers, etc. can take! It's almost noon before I actually manage to walk downstairs!
