In April, his nursery furniture arrived. It was such an exciting day! It all started to feel more real. There was no denying a baby was on his way!
Later that month, Matt and I thought it would be fun to tie-dye some baby clothes. We needed something to put in his dresser drawers!
And the nesting would continue for months to come.... In early Spring, Matt and I began painting a tree mural on one of the nursery walls. This project would last until late June. For hours each weekend we rocked out to our favorite music while slowly growing a whimsical tree in shades of orange, green, and yellow.
